HRACO Mentoring Program
The Mentoring Program for HRACO members is in its second year. Like many formal SHRM mentoring programs across the country, the mentoring relationships that have been formed through HRACO have been positive and rewarding for both parties. This program offers great flexibility for the participants to set up their meetings and best venue for communication to suit their specific needs and availability.
